You have put so much effort into carefully selecting materials for your home. Then you tackled the garden: in every corner you will find a plant or crop that you personally chose (or the landscape architect, of course ;-)). In short, both your home and your garden look fantastic! But why does that fence stand out so much? Or do you not have one at all? It’s high time to get to work on that fence!
When laying out the garden, the first things to consider are grass, plants, trees, paths… Perhaps also a hedge, as a natural fence, but what if you don’t want that? What if you don’t want to slave away with hedge trimmers twice a year? And what if you still want that natural touch? And preferably one that doesn’t clash with the look of your house.
We present to you: Woodscape, a garden fence that you can personalise to look like it was made for your house. Compare the construction, weave and finish options for your project.
Construction and service life
The choice between panels and continuous wickerwork determines the construction, posts and finish of your fence. Service life depends on the design, installation, exposure and maintenance; it is not a lifetime guarantee.
Compare the colours and finishes currently available for your project. View a sample in daylight where possible and ask how your chosen finish changes over time.
Maintenance
Synthetic wickerwork does not need painting or staining. Cleaning may still be needed to remove dirt. Ask for advice on a method suited to your fence.
Privacy
The degree of screening depends on the weave and viewing angle. Compare single, flat and double weaves in installations or samples to choose your balance between openness and privacy.
